SAME DAY SHIPPING
In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped the same day if your order is placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time during our regular business days of Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 3 p.m. EST, your order will usually ship the following Monday. We will let you know at checkout or by a follow up message if the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time, if that information is available to us. Items can only be shipped to one address per transaction.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
BleuDame.com ships all orders for just $2.95 regardless of weight, size or quantity. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless an alternate method is chosen upon checkout. Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days.
We also offer the following expedited shipping methods:
UPS Ground is $10.00 with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. USPS Express Mail is $20 with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
The times shown on the map is the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from us and delivered to you. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Delivery Time
BleuDame.com ships to most countries. The average delivery time to most countries is 6-21 business days with the exception of Canada and Brazil (see below).
International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs (except Canada, flat $2.95) is a flat rate of $10.95 via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. Exceptions to this cost are large or heavy items which carry a surcharge and will be noted in the item description.
Duties and Taxes
Any order being shipped to a destination other than the United States is subject to import duties and taxes. When placing an order on www.bleudame.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any charges for duties, taxes and/or the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. Any fees payable in connection with your order after it has shipped will be determined by your local customs office. We cannot determine if an order will be taxed and cannot be responsible for any duties or taxes, regardless of the total invoice amount. We strongly suggest you contact your customs office for additional information prior to placing your order.
Tracking Information
USPS International First Class Mail does not provide true tracking information. Once the package leaves the United States the destination country will generally assign it a new number for their tracking purposes. Because this number is not shared with USPS, tracking status will not be available or updated.
Please be aware that international orders may require additional delivery time due to security measures and/or delays in customs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Note: Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. We reserve the right to add a surcharge for large or heavy items that may not be noted in the item description. You will be notified by email and given the option to pay the surcharge or cancel or modify your order. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to addresses with known problems.
CANADA
BleuDame.com ships all orders to Canada for just $2.95 regardless of weight, size or quantity. Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. Delivery time is usually 4-12 business days.
BRAZIL
BleuDame.com ships orders up to $100.00 to Brazil for a flat rate of $10.95 via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. Exceptions to this cost are large or heavy items which carry a surcharge and may be noted in the item description (please see below for more information). Orders above $100.00 must be split into separate transactions. By putting a cap on the order total, we are attempting to lessen the chances of you being charged taxes, although we cannot guarantee what packages will be charged.
Orders to Brazil are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. The average delivery time is 4-5 weeks and on rare occasion, up to 8 weeks or longer.
Shipping to Brazil is more challenging and virtually all orders arrive without problems if a complete address is provided. However, in the event your order does not arrive within a maximum of 12 weeks, please contact us.
